This is my first blog. The aim is to share my thoughts and views on R&D, regulations  and commercialization  in white space spectrum (in TV, radar  and other bands), cognitive radio, and dynamic spectrum access and spectrum auctions.

Occasionally,  I may post blogs on other areas I am working on, or have an interest in:  machine-to-machine communications (car-to-car, smart grids etc),  intelligent transport,  social networks, worms, virus and rumor spreading, quantum information and communication, statistical physics of interacting systems.

I will also use this blogs to share my latest papers, presentations, tutorials and other material on these topics.
